Transfer Student Apparel was founded by Michael T. Smith Jr. with a simple but powerful vision: to create apparel that represents transformation.

This brand was established in September 2025, rooted in Colossians 1:13, which speaks of how the Lord has transferred us from the domain of darkness into the Kingdom of the Son He loves. That verse is the foundation of everything we create.

The name Transfer Student reflects that truth. Once we accept Christ, we step into a new life, a new identity, and a new way of learning. Jesus becomes our forever Teacher—guiding, shaping, and leading us daily. We are no longer who we were, and we are always growing.
